The Pacific Coast is located in the Republic´s western part and is formed by the States of Colima, Guerrero, Jalisco, Nayarit, Oaxaca and Sinaloa.  You can find cities and populations in this region with a rich cultural and cuisine tradition as well as the best beaches for surfing, fishing and other water sports.
The Peninsula of Baja California is found in the north-western part of the country, bordering the United States, east of the Pacific Ocean and west of the Cortes Sea.  It is divided into two states:  Baja California and Baja California South and it’s a region inhabited from unmemorable times.  A visitor can practice golf in this area, discover the underwater treasures of the Cortes Sea and witness the incredible arrival of the grey whale in its coasts.
